今回はルキウス・アンナエウス・セネカ（Lucius Annaeus Seneca）の名言をご紹介します。セネカ（紀元前1年頃～紀元後65年）は古代ローマの哲学者です。今回はセネカの名言の英語原文とその和訳をご紹介します。英語原文が複数存在する場合には英語圏のメディアで最もよく使われているものを採用します。
